For the Oreo Cheesecake Filling:
1 cup (227g) cream cheese, softened
⅓ cup (40g) powdered sugar
8 Oreo cookies, crushed (plus extra for topping, optional)
For the Donut Burgers:
6 glazed donuts, halved horizontally
6 small scoops vanilla ice cream — optional
¼ cup (60ml) chocolate syrup — optional, for drizzling

Make the Cheesecake Filling:
In a medium bowl, beat the softened cream cheese and powdered sugar together until smooth and fluffy. Fold in the crushed Oreo cookies until evenly distributed.
Cover and chill in the refrigerator for 20–30 minutes to firm up the mixture.
Prepare the Donuts:
Carefully slice each glazed donut in half horizontally to create top and bottom “buns.”
Assemble the Donut Burgers:
On the bottom half of each donut, spread a generous amount of the chilled Oreo cheesecake filling.
If using, add a small scoop of vanilla ice cream on top of the filling for an extra indulgent layer.
Place the top half of the donut over the filling to complete the “burger.”
Finish with Style:
Drizzle with chocolate syrup and sprinkle with additional crushed Oreos for extra crunch and presentation.
