For the crust:

1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs

1/3 cup unsalted butter, melted

2 tbsp sugar

For the filling:

16 oz cream cheese, softened

1 cup powdered sugar

1/4 cup fresh lemon juice

1/4 cup fresh lime juice

1 tsp lemon zest

1 tsp lime zest

1 cup heavy whipping cream

1 cup pitted fresh or frozen cherries, halved

1/2 cup shelled pistachios, roughly chopped

For garnish:

Extra pistachios

Whole cherries

Citrus zest

Prepare the crust:
Mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar until combined. Press firmly into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan. Chill for 15 minutes.

Make the filling:
Beat cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth. Add lemon juice, lime juice, lemon zest, and lime zest; mix well.
