4 lobster tails (thawed if frozen)

1/2 cup unsalted butter

3 cloves garlic, minced

1/2 cup heavy cream

1/2 tsp lemon juice

Salt and freshly cracked black pepper

2 tbsp chopped parsley

1/2 cup shredded parmesan or gruyère (optional for extra richness)

Prepare Lobster: Use kitchen shears to cut through the top shell of each lobster tail. Pull meat slightly above shell, keeping it attached at base.

Make Sauce: In a saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté 1 minute. Stir in cream, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Simmer gently until slightly thickened.

Assemble: Arrange lobster tails in a baking dish. Spoon sauce over each, sprinkle with cheese (if using).

Broil: Broil on high for 7–10 minutes, or until lobster is opaque and lightly browned.

Finish: Garnish with parsley and extra black pepper. Serve immediately with warm bread or roasted veggies.
