Meat & Fries:

1 steak (your choice of cut)

1 chicken breast or thigh (boneless)

2 sausages (beef or chicken)

3–4 medium potatoes

2–3 tbsp olive oil

Salt & pepper (or other simple seasonings like paprika, garlic powder)

Zesty Mayo Dip:

½ cup mayonnaise

1 tbsp olive oil

1 tbsp lemon juice or vinegar (for tang)

1 tsp garlic powder or minced garlic

1 tsp chili flakes or a splash of hot sauce (optional, for zest)

Salt to taste

1. Prepare the Potatoes (Fries):

1. Wash and cut potatoes into fries or wedges.

2. Soak in cold water for 20–30 minutes (optional, for extra crispiness).

3. Drain, pat dry, and toss with olive oil, salt, pepper, and optional paprika.

4. Bake at 425°F (220°C) for 25–30 minutes or air fry at 400°F for 15–20 minutes, flipping once halfway.

2. Prepare the Meats:

Steak:

Rub with olive oil, salt, pepper, and (optional) garlic powder or paprika.

Grill or pan-sear on high heat: 3–4 minutes per side for medium-rare (adjust to your liking).

Chicken:

Coat with olive oil, salt, pepper, and a bit of lemon or chili if desired.

Grill or pan-cook over medium heat for 6–7 minutes per side until cooked through.

Sausage:

Grill or pan-fry sausages over medium heat until browned and fully cooked (about 10 minutes, turning often).

3. Make the Zesty Mayo Dip:

1. Mix mayo, olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, and chili flakes in a bowl.

2. Stir until smooth and creamy. Adjust salt and spice to taste.

3. Chill until ready to serve.

Serving Suggestion:

Arrange the grilled steak, chicken, and sausages on a platter next to the crispy fries, and serve with a generous bowl of zesty mayo dip for dunking.
