1 lb steak, cut into bite-sized pieces
2 tbsp olive oil
Salt & pepper to taste
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp onion powder
12 oz spaghetti or fettuccine
2 tbsp butter
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup heavy cream
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Fresh parsley, chopped

Cook the Pasta:
Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

Sear the Steak:
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
Season steak pieces with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
Sear steak bites for 2-3 minutes on each side until caramelized and cooked to your liking. Remove and set aside.

Make the Sauce:
In the same skillet, melt butter and sauté minced garlic for about 1 minute.
Pour in heavy cream, bringing to a gentle simmer.
Add Parmesan cheese and stir until creamy and smooth.

Combine:
Toss the cooked pasta in the creamy sauce.
Top with the seared steak pieces and garnish with chopped parsley.

Pro Tip:
Add a pinch of red pepper flakes to the sauce for a little kick!
