2 snapper fillets

1 tbsp olive oil

Salt and pepper, to taste

1/2 cup heavy cream

1/4 cup lobster meat, cooked and chopped

1 tbsp lemon juice

1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped

1/2 tsp garlic powder

1️⃣ Prepare the Snapper:

Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.

Season the snapper fillets with salt and pepper on both sides.

2️⃣ Cook the Snapper:

Place the fillets in the skillet and cook for 4-5 minutes per side, or until golden brown and cooked through.

Remove from the skillet and set aside on a plate.

3️⃣ Make the Lobster Cream Sauce:

In the same skillet, pour in the heavy cream and sprinkle in the garlic powder. Stir to combine.

Add the chopped lobster meat and let the sauce simmer for 2-3 minutes until it begins to thicken slightly.

4️⃣ Finish with Lemon and Parsley:

Stir in the lemon juice and fresh parsley, mixing well to combine all the flavors.

5️⃣ Serve:

Spoon the rich lobster cream sauce over the seared snapper fillets.

Serve immediately with steamed vegetables or a side of rice for a well-rounded meal.
