1½ quarts chocolate ice cream, softened

Instructions:
Make the Cookie Dough
In a large bowl, beat softened butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until creamy.
Stir in vanilla extract.
Gradually add flour and salt, mixing until just combined.
Fold in mini chocolate chips.
Shape dough into small bite-sized chunks and freeze for at least 30 minutes. (15 minutes prep + 30 minutes chill)
Assemble the Ice Cream Cake
Line a 9-inch springform pan with plastic wrap for easy removal.
Spread softened vanilla ice cream evenly into the pan.
Sprinkle half of the frozen cookie dough chunks over the ice cream layer.
Drizzle chocolate syrup or hot fudge if using.
Spread softened chocolate ice cream on top.
Sprinkle remaining cookie dough chunks over the chocolate layer.
Freeze ❄️
Cover with plastic wrap and freeze for at least 4 hours or overnight until firm.
Serve
Remove from freezer 10 minutes before slicing for easier cuts.
Release from springform pan, slice, and enjoy every creamy, chewy, chocolatey bite!
