½ lb steak, cut into cubes
½ lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined
1 tablespoon olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste
Skewers (soaked if wooden)
Chimichurri Sauce:
½ cup chopped parsley
2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
2 garlic cloves, minced
¼ cup olive oil
½ teaspoon red pepper flakes
Salt and pepper to taste

Toss steak and shrimp with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Thread onto skewers, alternating meat and shrimp.
Grill skewers over medium-high heat for 2–3 minutes per side, until steak is seared and shrimp is pink.
Mix all chimichurri ingredients in a bowl.
Serve skewers drizzled with chimichurri or on the side for dipping.
