Ingredients:
– 1 lb (450g) flank steak, cut into bite-sized pieces
– 1 lb (450g) baby potatoes, halved
– 1 packet (1 oz) ranch dressing mix
– 2 tablespoons olive oil
– 1 teaspoon garlic powder
– 1 teaspoon onion powder
– 1 teaspoon paprika
– Salt and pepper to taste
– Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Directions:
1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
2. In a large bowl, mix the steak pieces and halved potatoes together.
3. Drizzle olive oil over the mixture, then sprinkle in the ranch dressing mix, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Toss everything until well-coated.
4. Cut out four large pieces of aluminum foil (about 12×12 inches each).
5. Divide the steak and potato mixture evenly among the foil pieces, placing them in the center.
6. Fold the foil over the mixture to create a sealed packet, ensuring no holes are left for juices to leak out.
7. Place the foil packs on the grill and cook for 20-25 minutes, turning once halfway through, until the steak is cooked and potatoes are tender.
8. Carefully remove the foil packs from the grill and let them sit for a couple of minutes before opening.
9. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve hot.
