Garlic Butter Steak Bites & Shrimp Platter

1 lb sirloin steak, cut into cubes
1/2 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
1/2 lb scallops, patted dry
3 tbsp unsalted butter
3 cloves garlic, minced
Salt & black pepper, to taste
1 tbsp olive oil
Fresh chopped parsley (for garnish)

1️⃣ Sear Steak:
Heat olive oil in a skillet over high heat. Sear steak bites 2–3 min per side until caramelized. Remove and set aside.

2️⃣ Cook Shrimp:
In the same skillet, melt 1 tbsp butter. Add shrimp, cook 1–2 min per side until pink and curled. Remove.

3️⃣ Sear Scallops:
Add 1 tbsp butter. Sear scallops 1–2 min per side until golden and tender.

4️⃣ Garlic Butter Finish:
Lower heat, add remaining butter and garlic. Return steak, shrimp, and scallops to skillet. Toss in garlic butter until coated.

5️⃣ Serve:
Transfer to board or plate. Sprinkle with parsley and coarse salt.
