Ingredients

1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined
2 tablespoons olive oil
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
1 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon garlic powder
→ Creamy Sauce
2 tablespoons butter
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
Fresh thyme leaves for garnish
→ Mashed Potatoes
2 lbs potatoes, peeled and cubed
1/2 cup warm milk
1/4 cup butter
Salt to taste

Boil potatoes in salted water until tender, about 15 minutes. Drain and mash with warm milk and butter until smooth. Season with salt and set aside.
Toss shrimp with olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. In a skillet over medium-high heat, cook shrimp for 2–3 minutes per side until pink and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
In the same skillet, melt butter. Add minced garlic and cook for 1 minute. Pour in heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer. Stir in Parmesan cheese and Dijon mustard. Season with salt and pepper. Simmer until slightly thickened, about 3–5 minutes.
Spoon mashed potatoes onto a plate. Arrange cooked shrimp on top. Pour creamy garlic sauce over shrimp and potatoes. Garnish with fresh thyme
