Ingredients
For the Lobster:
* 2 lobster tails (meat removed & chopped)
* 1 tbsp butter
* Salt & pepper to taste
* 1/2 tsp paprika (optional)
* Chopped parsley for garnish
For the Alfredo Pasta:
* 6 oz fettuccine
* 3 garlic cloves, minced
* 2 tbsp unsalted butter
* 1 cup heavy cream
* 3/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
* Salt & pepper to taste
Instructions
1. Cook Pasta:
* Boil fettuccine in salted water until al dente. Reserve 1/4 cup pasta water.
2. Sauté Lobster:
* In a skillet, melt 1 tbsp butter.
* Add chopped lobster meat, season with salt, pepper & paprika.
* Cook 3–4 mins until opaque and lightly golden. Remove from pan.
3. Make Alfredo Sauce:
* In the same pan, melt 2 tbsp butter.
* Add garlic and sauté for 30 seconds.
* Pour in heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer.
* Stir in parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.
* Season with salt & pepper.
4. Combine & Serve:
* Add cooked fettuccine and pasta water to the sauce. Toss to coat.
* Plate the pasta, top with warm lobster, and garnish with chopped parsley.
