️⃣ Cook pasta in salted boiling water until al dente. Drain, reserving 1/4 cup pasta water, and set aside.

️⃣ Combine Cajun seasoning, smoked paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in bowl. Toss steak strips in spice mix until well coated.

️⃣ Heat olive oil in large skillet over medium-high heat. Cook seasoned steak 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until browned. Remove and set aside.

️⃣ Melt butter in same skillet over medium heat. Sauté garlic for 1 minute until fragrant.

️⃣ Stir in heavy cream and simmer 2-3 minutes. Add cheddar and Parmesan cheeses, stirring until melted and smooth. Season with cayenne, salt, and pepper.

️⃣ Toss cooked pasta in creamy cheese sauce until fully coated. Add reserved pasta water if needed to thin sauce.

️⃣ Return steak to skillet and mix gently. Heat through for 2-3 minutes.

️⃣ Garnish with fresh parsley and serve immediately.
