¼ cup all-purpose flour
¼ cup vegetable oil
2 large eggs
3 tbsp water
1 cup semisweet chocolate chips

Preheat Oven :
Set oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly grease a baking sheet or line it with parchment paper.
Mix Dough Ingredients :
In a large bowl, combine brownie mix, flour, oil, eggs, and water. Stir until smooth and well blended.
Fold in Chocolate Chips :
Gently stir in chocolate chips until evenly distributed throughout the dough.
Scoop Onto Baking Sheet :
Drop rounded tablespoons of dough onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing them about 2 inches apart.
Bake Until Set :
Bake for 9–10 minutes, or until the edges are set but the centers are still slightly soft. Avoid overbaking for best texture.
