1 box vanilla cake mix (plus ingredients listed on the box)
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 tablespoon cinnamon
For the Filling:
1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
1/4 cup melted butter
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 teaspoon cinnamon
For the Cream Cheese Drizzle:
4 oz cream cheese, softened
1 cup powdered sugar
2 tablespoons milk
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
Prepare the vanilla cake batter according to the package instructions. Stir in brown sugar and cinnamon.
Pour the batter into the baking dish and bake as directed on the cake mix box.
While the cake is baking, mix sweetened condensed milk, melted butter, vanilla extract, and cinnamon in a bowl.
Once the cake is baked, let it cool for 5 minutes, then use the handle of a wooden spoon to poke holes all over the cake.
Pour the filling mixture over the cake, making sure it seeps into the holes. Let it soak for at least 20 minutes.
In a separate bowl, beat the cream cheese, powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla extract until smooth.
Drizzle the cream cheese mixture over the cooled cake.
