Ingredients:

1 tbsp butter
1 medium onion, sliced
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 pound chicken breast, diced
2 cups cabbage, chopped
1 bell pepper, sliced (any color)
1 carrot, julienned
2 tbsp soy sauce

1. Prep the ingredients:
Wash and cut all vegetables. Dice the chicken breast.
2. Cook the chicken:
In a large skillet or wok, melt the butter over medium-high heat.
Add the diced chicken and cook until browned and cooked through (about 5–7 minutes). Remove and set aside.
3. Sauté aromatics:
In the same skillet, add the sliced onion and cook for 2–3 minutes until slightly softened.
Add the minced garlic and stir-fry for 30 seconds until fragrant.
4. Cook the vegetables:
Add the cabbage, bell pepper, and carrot. Stir-fry for 3–4 minutes, or until vegetables are tender-crisp.
5. Combine and season:
Return the cooked chicken to the skillet. Pour in the soy sauce and toss everything together.
Stir-fry for another 1–2 minutes until everything is well coated and heated through.
6. Serve:
Serve hot over rice or noodles if desired.
