4 salmon fillets

2 tablespoons olive oil

1 tablespoon Cajun seasoning

1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika

1/4 teaspoon garlic powder

1/4 teaspoon onion powder

Salt and pepper, to taste

1/4 cup honey

2 tablespoons unsalted butter

1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice

1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

1️⃣ Prepare the Salmon: Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Place the salmon fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Drizzle olive oil over the fillets and season with Cajun seasoning, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.

2️⃣ Make the Honey Butter Sauce: In a small saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter. Add honey and lemon juice, stirring until well combined. Let it simmer for 2-3 minutes, then remove from heat.

3️⃣ Glaze and Bake: Spoon the honey butter mixture over the salmon fillets. Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
