Ingredients:

1 cup unsweetened Greek yogurt

2 large eggs

1 cup almond flour

1 tsp baking powder

1/2 tsp salt

1. Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F). Line a small loaf pan (8×4 inch) with parchment paper or grease it well.

2. Mix wet ingredients:
In a large bowl, whisk together the Greek yogurt and eggs until smooth.

3. Add dry ingredients:
Stir in almond flour, baking powder, and salt until a thick batter forms.

4. Pour and smooth:
Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and smooth the top with a spatula.

5. Bake:
Bake for 25–30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean and the top is golden.

6. Cool:
Let it cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely before slicing.
