1. Cinnamon Pancakes

2 tablespoons sugar

2 teaspoons baking powder

¼ teaspoon salt

1 cup milk (or buttermilk)

1 large egg

2 tablespoons melted butter

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1. Mix the swirl ingredients until smooth and pour into a piping bag.

2. Make the pancake batter by combining dry ingredients in one bowl and whisking wet ones in another. Mix gently and let rest for 5–10 minutes.

3. Pour batter onto a hot greased pan, swirl in the cinnamon mix, and cook both sides until golden.

1 cup buttermilk

1 large egg

2 tablespoons melted butter

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 cup fresh or frozen blueberries

Toppings: Maple syrup, powdered sugar, extra blueberries
