Ingredients:

1 1/2 cups Greek yogurt (preferably full-fat)

1 medium cucumber, grated and drained (squeeze out excess moisture)

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 tablespoon olive oil (optional but adds richness)

1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice (or white vinegar)

1 tablespoon chopped fresh dill (or 1 tsp dried dill)

Salt and pepper to taste

1. Prepare the cucumber: After grating, place it in a clean kitchen towel or paper towel and squeeze out as much liquid as possible.

2. Combine: In a bowl, mix the Greek yogurt, cucumber, minced garlic, olive oil, lemon juice, and dill.

3. Season: Add salt and pepper to taste. Mix well.

4. Chill: Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving to let the flavors blend.
