✔ 1 ripe banana
✔ 1 cup milk (almond or oat milk for lighter option)
✔ 2 tbsp oats
✔ 1 tbsp peanut butter
✔ 1 tsp honey

 

Instructions:

1. Add all ingredients to a blender: banana, milk, oats, peanut butter, and honey.

2. Blend on high speed for about 30–60 seconds, until smooth and creamy.

3. Taste & adjust sweetness if needed — add a splash more honey if you like it sweeter.

4. Serve immediately, chilled. Add ice cubes before blending for a thicker smoothie!
