In a large bowl, mix together the ground beef, cooked macaroni, cheddar cheese, breadcrumbs, milk, egg, onion, garlic, salt, pepper, and Worcestershire sauce until well combined. 3. Shape the mixture into a loaf and place it in a baking dish. 4. Spread ketchup over the top of the meatloaf. 5. Bake for 1 hour, or until the meatloaf is cooked through and the internal temperature reaches 160°F (70°C). 6. Let it rest for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
