4 ounces cream cheese

3 tablespoons mayonnaise

2 tablespoons chives

½ teaspoon salt

¼ teaspoon fresh cracked pepper

6 hard-boiled eggs

4 pieces cooked bacon

¼ cup shredded cheddar

6 croissants

 

Instructions:

1. In a medium bowl, combine the cream cheese and mayonnaise. Mix until smooth and creamy.

2. Stir in the chopped chives, salt, and cracked black pepper.

3. Peel and chop the hard-boiled eggs, then gently fold them into the cream cheese mixture until well coated.

4. Add the shredded cheddar and crumbled cooked bacon. Mix lightly to incorporate without mashing the eggs too much.

5. Slice each croissant in half and fill generously with the egg salad mixture.
