Ingredients:

1 lb ground chicken
3 garlic cloves, minced
1/4 cup breadcrumbs
1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
1 egg
2 tablespoons butter
1/2 cup chicken broth
1 tablespoon olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste
Fresh parsley for garnish

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a bowl, mix ground chicken, garlic, breadcrumbs, Parmesan, egg, salt, and pepper. Shape into meatballs.
Place meatballs on the baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes until golden and cooked through.
While the meatballs bake, heat olive oil and butter in a skillet over medium heat. Add chicken broth and bring to a simmer.
Once the meatballs are done, add them to the skillet and simmer in the butter sauce for 5 minutes.
Garnish with fresh parsley and serve warm.
