1/4 cup cooked bacon bits
2–3 fresh jalapeños, finely diced (seeds removed for less heat)
Egg roll wrappers
Oil for frying
Ranch or chipotle mayo (for dipping)
Instructions:
1. Mix cream cheese, cheddar, bacon, and diced jalapeños in a bowl.
2. Add a spoonful of the filling to each wrapper.
3. Roll up and seal with water.
4. Fry in hot oil for 3–4 minutes until crispy, or air-fry at 200°C for 8–10 minutes.
