1. Prepare the Lobster Tails:

Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).

Using kitchen scissors, cut through the top shell of each lobster tail lengthwise, stopping at the base of the tail.

Gently pull apart the shell slightly and lift the meat out, resting it on top of the shell (but still attached at the end). This helps it cook evenly and looks beautiful when serving.

2. Make the Garlic Butter:

In a small bowl, mix melted butter, minced garlic, lemon juice, paprika, salt, and pepper.

3. Brush and Bake:

Place the lobster tails on a baking sheet.

Generously brush the garlic butter mixture over the lobster meat.

Bake for 10–12 minutes, or until the meat is opaque and cooked through (internal temperature should be 140–145°F / 60–63°C).

Baste once during cooking with more butter, if desired.

4. Broil for Finish (Optional):

For a golden top, broil the tails on high for 1–2 minutes at the end of cooking. Watch closely to avoid burning.

5. Serve:

Garnish with chopped parsley and serve with lemon wedges and extra melted butter on the side.
