Ingredients

4 slices of toast (white, brioche, or your choice)

1/2 cup heavy cream

1 tbsp sugar

1/2 cup fresh strawberries, sliced (optional garnish)

 

Instructions

1. Whip the cream – In a mixing bowl, combine heavy cream and sugar. Whip with a hand mixer or whisk until soft peaks form.

2. Prepare the toast – Lightly toast the bread slices until golden brown.

3. Assemble – Spread the whipped cream generously over each toast slice.

4. Top with strawberries – Arrange fresh sliced strawberries on top.

5. Serve immediately – Best enjoyed fresh so the toast stays crisp.
