Steak & Shrimp Fried Rice
Ingredients:
1 cup cooked steak, sliced or cubed
1 cup cooked shrimp, peeled & deveined
3 cups cold cooked rice (day-old preferred)
2 eggs, beaten
1 cup frozen peas & carrots
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 small onion, chopped
3 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp oyster sauce (optional)
2 tbsp sesame oil or vegetable oil
Salt & pepper to taste
Green onions, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions:
1. Heat 1 tbsp oil in a large skillet or wok. Sear steak until browned, then remove.
2. Add shrimp and cook until pink. Remove and set aside.
3. Add more oil, scramble the eggs, and push to one side.
4. Sauté onions, garlic, and veggies until tender.
5. Add rice, soy sauce, oyster sauce, salt, and pepper. Stir well.
6. Toss in steak and shrimp, mix and heat through.
7. Garnish with green onions and serve hot.

Teriyaki Fried Rice
Ingredients:
3 cups cold cooked rice
1 cup cooked chicken or tofu (optional)
1/2 cup diced carrots
1/2 cup frozen peas
2 eggs, beaten
2 green onions, chopped
3 tbsp teriyaki sauce
1 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp oil
Instructions:
1. In a pan, heat oil and scramble eggs. Set aside.
2. Add more oil, sauté carrots and peas until soft.
3. Add rice, breaking up clumps. Stir-fry 3-4 minutes.
4. Add teriyaki sauce, soy sauce, and chicken (if using).
5. Stir in the scrambled eggs and green onions.
6. Serve warm, optionally with extra teriyaki drizzle.

️ Thai Pineapple Fried Rice
Ingredients:
3 cups cold jasmine rice
1 cup pineapple chunks (fresh or canned)
1/2 cup chopped red bell pepper
1/2 cup green peas or edamame
2 eggs, beaten
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 cup chopped cashews or roasted peanuts
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp fish sauce or extra soy (optional)
1 tsp curry powder
2 tbsp oil
Lime wedges & green onions for garnish
Instructions:
1. Heat oil in a pan or wok, cook eggs, scramble, and set aside.
2. Add garlic, bell pepper, and pineapple. Stir-fry 2–3 mins.
3. Add rice, curry powder, soy sauce, and fish sauce.
4. Stir well, then mix in peas, scrambled eggs, and nuts.
5. Garnish with green onions and serve with lime.
