4 pork chops
1 onion, sliced
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup chicken broth
1 cup heavy cream
2 tbsp flour
2 tbsp olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste

Season the pork chops with salt and pepper.
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Brown the pork chops for 4-5 minutes per side. Remove and set aside.
In the same skillet, add the onions and garlic. Sauté until soft.
Sprinkle flour over the onions and garlic, stirring to form a roux.
Gradually add chicken broth, whisking until smooth. Stir in heavy cream and simmer for 5-10 minutes.
Return the pork chops to the skillet and cover with sauce. Cook for another 10-15 minutes until the pork is tender.
Serve with mashed potatoes or rice.
