Ingredients
8 oz noodles (your choice: udon, soba, or egg noodles)
10 oz shrimp, peeled and deveined
8 oz flank steak, sliced thinly against the grain
½ cup teriyaki sauce
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup bell peppers, sliced
1 cup broccoli florets
Sesame seeds (for garnish)
Chopped green onions (for garnish)
Lime wedges (for serving)
Instructions
Cook the Noodles: In a large pot, bring salted water to a boil. Add your choice of noodles and cook according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
Prepare the Shrimp and Steak: In a large skillet or wok, heat the vegetable oil over medium-high heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds, until fragrant.
Cook the Steak: Add the sliced flank steak to the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes until browned. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
Cook the Shrimp: In the same skillet, add the shrimp, cooking for about 2-3 minutes until they are pink and cooked through.
Add Vegetables: Toss in the sliced bell peppers and broccoli florets. Stir-fry for an additional 2-3 minutes until they are tender-crisp.
Combine Everything: Return the steak to the skillet along with the cooked noodles. Pour the teriyaki sauce over everything, tossing gently to combine. Heat through for an additional minute.
Serve: Plate the noodles and garnish with sesame seeds and chopped green onions. Serve with lime wedges on the side for an added twist!
