1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined
1 lb smoked sausage, sliced into 1/2-inch pieces
2 bell peppers, any color, chopped
1 large red onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 ears of corn, cut into 4 pieces each

1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) or heat a grill to medium-high.
2. Cut four large pieces of aluminum foil.
3. Divide the shrimp, sausage, bell peppers, onion, garlic, and corn evenly among the foil sheets.

5. Fold the foil packets tightly to seal in the ingredients.
6. Bake in the oven for 15-20 minutes or grill for about 10-15 minutes until the shrimp is cooked through.
