2 salmon fillets
1/2 lb shrimp (peeled and deveined)
1 lb fettuccine pasta
2 cups heavy cream
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
3 cloves garlic (minced)
1 tbsp olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste
Fresh parsley (chopped, for garnish)

Cook fettuccine according to package instructions and set aside.
Heat olive oil in a pan, season salmon with salt and pepper, and cook until golden on both sides. Set aside.
In the same pan, cook shrimp until pink and set aside.
In a pot, heat cream and garlic. Stir in Parmesan cheese, and season with salt and pepper.
Toss fettuccine in the creamy sauce, and top with salmon, shrimp, and parsley. Serve hot.
