8 oz lo mein noodles
1 lb beef (thinly sliced)
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp oyster sauce
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup bell peppers (sliced)
1/2 cup carrots (julienned)
2 tbsp sesame oil
1/2 cup green onions (chopped)

Cook lo mein noodles according to package instructions, then set aside.
In a hot skillet, cook beef until browned. Add garlic and cook for another minute.
Stir in soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sesame oil. Add bell peppers and carrots, stir-fry until tender.
Add noodles and toss everything together for 2-3 minutes.
Garnish with green onions and serve hot.
