1 lb lean ground beef
1 small cabbage, chopped
1 cup green bell pepper, diced
1 cup onions, sliced
1 can (15 oz) diced tomatoes, with juice
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 tbsp bouillon powder
1 tsp smoked paprika (optional for color)
1 tbsp olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste

Heat olive oil in a large skillet. Brown beef 5–6 mins, breaking it up.
Add onions, garlic, and green pepper. Sauté 4–5 mins until softened.
Stir in cabbage and cook another 5 mins until wilted.
Add diced tomatoes with juice, bouillon, and paprika (if using).
Mix well, reduce heat, cover, and simmer 15–20 mins.
Uncover, let sauce thicken 2–3 more mins. Season to taste.
Serve hot with or without rice or quinoa.
Tip: Let it rest 5 mins after cooking — the sauce settles and flavors shine!
