Ingredients:

1 cup smooth peanut butter

1/4 cup soy sauce

1/2 cup coconut milk (or water for a lighter version)

2 tbsp brown sugar or honey

1–2 tbsp fresh lime juice (or rice vinegar)

1 tsp grated ginger (optional)

1–2 cloves garlic, minced (optional)

1/2 tsp chili flakes or sriracha (optional, for heat)

 

Instructions:

1. Combine Ingredients:
In a saucepan or mixing bowl, combine the peanut butter and soy sauce.

2. Add Liquid & Flavor:
Add coconut milk (or water), brown sugar or honey, lime juice, and any optional flavorings (garlic, ginger, chili).

3. Heat (If Using Stovetop):
If making warm sauce, place over medium-low heat and stir constantly until smooth and warmed through (about 3–5 minutes).
If making cold, just whisk all ingredients until smooth and creamy.

4. Adjust Consistency:
If it’s too thick, add a splash more coconut milk or water until it reaches your desired texture.
