Ingredients:

2 red snapper fillets
1/2 lb shrimp, peeled
1 cup grits
1 tbsp Cajun seasoning
1/2 cup heavy cream
2 tbsp butter

Directions:
Cook grits according to package.
Season snapper and shrimp with Cajun seasoning, cook in a skillet.
In the same skillet, add heavy cream and butter for the sauce.
Serve fish and shrimp over grits, drizzle with sauce
