Raspberry Fruit Punch

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Ingredients:

1 lemon, peeled and seeded

2-inch piece fresh ginger, peeled

3 Gala apples, cored and chopped

6 oz fresh raspberries

1/2 pineapple, peeled and chopped

Instructions (Juicer Method):

1. Prep All Fruit
Wash, peel (as needed), and chop all fruit into chunks small enough for your juicer.

2. Juice
Run the apples, pineapple, ginger, lemon, and raspberries through a juicer.

3. Stir & Serve
Stir the juice well to combine flavors. Serve chilled over ice.

 

Instructions (Blender Method):

1. Blend
Add all chopped fruit, raspberries, lemon juice (from the peeled lemon), and grated ginger to a blender. Add about 1/2 cup cold water or apple juice to help it blend.

2. Strain (Optional)
For a smoother punch, strain through a fine mesh sieve or cheesecloth to remove pulp.

3. Chill & Serve
Refrigerate until cold and serve over ice.
