▢¾ cup mayonnaise
▢5 Tablespoons ketchup
▢1 ½ Tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
▢1 teaspoon garlic powder
▢¾ teaspoon coarse ground fresh black pepper
▢¼ teaspoon creole seasoning (Tony Chachere’s or Slap Ya Mama)
▢¼ teaspoon paprika
▢¼ teaspoon salt

In a medium bowl, stir together 3/4 cup mayonnaise, 5 Tablespoons ketchup, 1 1/2 Tablespoons Worcestershire sauce, 1 teaspoon garlic powder, 3/4 teaspoon coarse ground fresh black pepper, 1/4 teaspoon creole seasoning, 1/4 teaspoon paprika and 1/4 teaspoon salt.
Cover with plastic wrap and place in the refrigerator for at least one hour for the flavors to blend together, or longer if you can.
Then enjoy! Sauce must be kept in a covered container and stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 weeks.
