Main Ingredients :
For the steaks:
Vegetable oil and butter
3 pork steaks
Salt and Pepper!. . black
1 onion, 3 cloves of garlic
Sliced Mushrooms
1 cda of flour
250 ml sauce (can be concentrated broth or gravy type)
250 ml of cream
Soy Sauce
1 tsp of dried basil
For the salad:
1 cucumber, 1 tomato, radish, 1 purple onion
Dill and chopped parsley
olive oil, lemon juice, wine vinegar
Minced garlic salt and black pepper
Quick Instructions:
Pig:
1. Dora steaks seasoned in oil and butter. Pull up.
2. Saute onions and garlic; add mushrooms.
3. Sprinkle flour, mix.
4. Add sauce, cream and soy sauce. Cook until it thickens.
5. Season and reincarnate steaks. Cook for 15-20 min.
Salad:
1. Cut vegetables and mix them.
2. Add fresh herbs.
3. Line up with liquid ingredients and season.
Instructions:
1. Sear the Steaks
Season pork steaks with salt and pepper. In a pan, heat oil and butter, then sear the steaks on both sides until golden. Remove and set aside.
2. Cook the Sauce
In the same pan, sauté the onion and garlic until soft. Add mushrooms and cook until golden.
3. Add Flour & Liquids
Sprinkle in the flour and mix well. Slowly stir in the broth and cream, then add soy sauce. Let simmer until the sauce thickens slightly.
4. Combine & Simmer
Return the steaks to the pan, add dried basil, and cook on low heat for 15–20 minutes until tender and fully cooked
