Step 1: Prepare the Pork Schnitzel
Place pork chops between two sheets of plastic wrap or parchment paper.
Pound with a meat mallet (or rolling pin) until ¼ inch thick.
Season both sides with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
Step 2: Bread the Pork
