Ingredients:
1 fully cooked bone-in ham (8-10 lbs)
1 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup honey
1/2 cup pineapple juice
1/4 cup Dijon mustard
1/4 tsp ground cloves
Pineapple rings (canned or fresh)
Maraschino cherries (optional)
Fresh rosemary sprigs for garnish
Instructions:
Prepare the Ham:
Preheat oven to 325°F (165°C). Place ham in a roasting pan, cut side down. Score the surface in a crisscross pattern.
Make the Glaze:
In a saucepan, combine brown sugar, honey, pineapple juice, Dijon mustard, and cloves. Simmer until slightly thickened.
Apply the Glaze:
Brush half the glaze evenly over the ham. Cover with aluminum foil.
Bake:
Roast ham for about 1 1/2 hours, basting with remaining glaze every 30 minutes.
Add Pineapple Rings:
Arrange pineapple rings and cherries (if using) on the ham during the last 30 minutes. Baste generously and return to oven uncovered for a caramelized finish.
Serve:
Let ham rest for 15 minutes before slicing. Garnish with rosemary sprigs and serve warm.
