Ingredients:

1 cup frozen pineapple chunks

1/2 cup coconut milk

1/2 cup Greek yogurt (plain or vanilla)

Optional Add-ins:

1–2 tsp honey or maple syrup (for extra sweetness)

Splash of pineapple juice or water (to thin, if needed)

1/2 banana (for added creaminess)

Instructions:

1. Add frozen pineapple, coconut milk, and Greek yogurt to a blender.

2. Blend until smooth. Add a splash of liquid if it’s too thick.

3. Taste and sweeten if needed.

4. Pour into a glass and serve immediately!
