1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1 cup sliced pepperoni (thin slices, about 30–40 pieces)

1. Preheat Oven: Set your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat.

2. Assemble Crisps:

Place small mounds (about 1 tablespoon each) of shredded cheddar on the baking sheet, spacing them 1–2 inches apart.

Place a slice of pepperoni on top of each mound.

 

3. Bake:

Bake for 7–10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted, bubbling, and slightly crispy at the edges.

 

4. Cool:

Let the crisps cool on the tray for a few minutes, then transfer to a paper towel or wire rack to crisp up further.
