1 cup milk (dairy or non-dairy like almond, oat, soy)

2 tablespoons peanut butter

½ cup Greek yogurt (optional, for extra creaminess and protein)

Ice cubes (optional, for a chilled smoothie)

Honey or maple syrup (optional, to taste if you like it sweeter)
