For the Chicken:

* 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

* ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese

* ½ cup breadcrumbs (panko preferred)

* 1 tsp garlic powder

* 1 tsp paprika

* 2 large eggs

* 2 tbsp olive oil

For the Creamy Garlic Sauce:

* 2 tbsp butter

* 3 garlic cloves, minced

* 1 cup heavy cream

* ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese

* 1 tsp Italian seasoning

* Salt and pepper to taste

1. Prepare the Chicken:

* Pound the chicken breasts to an even thickness.

* Mix Parmesan, breadcrumbs, garlic powder, and paprika in a bowl.

* In another bowl, beat the eggs.

* Dip each chicken breast into the eggs, then coat with the Parmesan mixture.

2. Cook the Chicken:

* Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.

* Cook the chicken for 4–5 minutes per side until golden brown and fully cooked. Remove and set aside.

3. Make the Sauce:

* In the same skillet, melt butter and sauté garlic until fragrant.

* Add heavy cream, Parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.

* Simmer for 3–4 minutes, stirring until thickened.

4. Combine and Serve:

* Return the chicken to the skillet and spoon the sauce over it.

* Serve warm with pasta, mashed potatoes, or vegetables.
