4 lamb chops

Salt and pepper to taste

1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
2. In a small bowl, mix olive oil, minced garlic, salt, and pepper. If you have rosemary or thyme, add about 1 tsp.
3. Rub the mixture all over the lamb chops.
4. Place the chops on a baking sheet or oven-safe pan.
5. Bake for 15-20 minutes for medium-rare, or longer if you prefer them more done. Flip halfway through cooking.
6. Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
