1. Sear the Chicken
Heat olive oil in a large deep skillet or pot over medium-high heat.
Add the chicken pieces and cook until browned and cooked through (about 5–6 minutes). Remove and set aside.

2. Sauté Aromatics
In the same pot, add the chopped onion and cook until soft (2–3 minutes).
Stir in the garlic and sauté for another 30 seconds until fragrant.

3. Make the Sauce
Add the honey, soy sauce, hoisin sauce, rice vinegar, and sesame oil. Stir well and bring to a light simmer.

4. Add Noodles and Broth
Break noodles in half if needed and add to the pot. Pour in chicken broth or water to just cover the noodles.
Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to a simmer. Stir occasionally to prevent sticking.

5. Simmer & Combine
Cook uncovered for 8–10 minutes or until noodles are tender and most of the liquid is absorbed.
Return the cooked chicken to the pot and toss to coat in the sauce.

6. Finish & Serve
Garnish with green onions, sesame seeds, or chili flakes if desired. Serve hot!
