Prepare the Steak: Season steak pieces with salt and pepper. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add steak and cook until browned, about 4–5 minutes. Remove from heat.
Prepare the Alfredo Sauce: In a medium saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Add heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Stir in Parmesan and Gorgonzola cheeses until melted. Add garlic powder and season with salt and pepper. Keep warm.
Cook the Pasta: Boil salted water, add fettuccine, and cook until al dente. Drain and return to the pot.
Prepare the Balsamic Glaze: Combine balsamic vinegar and brown sugar in a small saucepan. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer until thickened, about 10 minutes.
Assemble the Dish: Pour Alfredo sauce over the cooked pasta and toss to coat. Plate the pasta, top with cooked steak, and drizzle with balsamic glaze. Garnish with additional Gorgonzola, fresh spinach leaves, and chopped parsley.
Serve: Enjoy your delicious creation immediately!
