Crust:

2 cups graham cracker crumbs

1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted

2 tbsp granulated sugar

Cheesecake Layer:

2 (8 oz) blocks cream cheese, softened

1/2 cup granulated sugar

1 tsp vanilla extract

1 (8 oz) tub whipped topping (like Cool Whip)

Fruit Layers:

2 bananas, sliced

1 1/2 cups crushed pineapple, well-drained

1 cup strawberries, chopped

Toppings (Optional but delicious!):

1 cup whipped topping

Chocolate syrup or hot fudge

Chopped nuts (like walnuts or pecans)

Maraschino cherries

1. Prepare the Crust:
Mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar. Press into a 9×13 inch pan (or springform for a thicker version). Chill in the fridge for 15 minutes.

2. Make the Cheesecake Filling:
In a bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth. Add sugar and vanilla, beat until combined. Fold in whipped topping.

3. Assemble Layers:

Spread the cheesecake mixture over the crust evenly.

Add a layer of sliced bananas.

Top with drained crushed pineapple.

Then a layer of chopped strawberries.

4. Chill:
Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or overnight for best texture.

5. Add Toppings Before Serving:
Top with extra whipped topping, drizzle with chocolate syrup, sprinkle with nuts, and garnish each slice with a cherry.
