1. Marinate the Meat:

In a large bowl, toss the chicken cubes and pork belly strips with olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, oregano, salt, and pepper. Let marinate for at least 30 minutes (or up to 12 hours in the fridge).

2. Prepare the Fries:

Soak the cut potatoes in cold water for 30–60 minutes. Drain and pat dry.

Toss fries with cornstarch until lightly coated, then drizzle with oil and season with salt.

Air Fryer or Oven: Cook at 400°F (200°C) for 25–30 minutes, flipping halfway until golden and crisp.

Deep Frying: Fry at 350°F (175°C) in batches until golden. Drain on paper towels.

3. Grill the Meats:

Preheat a grill or grill pan over medium-high heat.

Start with the pork belly strips and sausages/ćevapi—grill for 4–5 minutes per side until browned and cooked through.

Grill the chicken cubes (threaded on skewers if desired) for 3–4 minutes per side until cooked and slightly charred.

4. Serve It Up:

Pile the grilled meats onto a platter.

Squeeze fresh lemon juice over the meats.

Serve with crispy fries, dipping sauces (like garlic aioli, BBQ sauce, or tzatziki), and grilled veggies or flatbread on the side.
